Loads of products already do this.... but none are a single box to do specifically that, and none are anywhere near as cheap! With feature length films coming to YouTube, some folks may want this....

I'll stick to a good old VGA from the TV to a laptop. Why limit yourself to YouTube? You can watch the whole Interwebs!
