2) Buy / license / steal it.
3) Plug in Zune functions.

My money's on a rebadged / repackaged HTC Touch HD with the Zune player bits cobbled onto it. Going with an updated sidekickalike would be the WinMo equivalent of engaging reverse gear and stamping on the loud pedal.
